For 2023 we are making it easy to invite families from your school to join your Pack! We have custom invites and promo materials for proven, successful events like an ice cream social, human foosball, water rockets, and Boo Camp. Just have families experience the fun and friendship, and then give them a written invitation to join. Boom, easier than ever!
Here you will find everything you need to have a successful and streamlined registration:

Order materials
Please submit orders at least 3 weeks before your event to ensure we can deliver everything you request. Thanks to our Compass Point donors, we are able to provide FREE recruitment materials for our Scout units. We can produce flyers, postcards, and boost a Facebook event for your unit registration.
For paperless resources visit the BSA Brand Center.
Plan and host your registration event
When parents show up, they have already decided that they want to join Scouting. Please personalize the following with your Pack's Information Page
Need volunteers? Have families complete a Family Talent Survey.
Make sure you receive a completed online application from every new Scout! Youth need to be registered to participate in Scouting. Families can sign up at BeAScout.org.
Hold a parent orientation meeting AFTER your registration event.
Invite your new parents to an orientation event where you can take the time to go into detail about your pack's calendar, popcorn sales, big events, and open leadership positions. Use the video and guide below for step-by-step instructions on how to run a successful parent orientation meeting and find new leaders.
