Introducing a new feature that Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Lodge can provide to our members through our use of the OA LodgeMaster (OALM) database provided by the National Order of the Arrow. You will have your own access to see what we have in our database! Below you will find details of the Member Portal which allows you to check your member information, update your contact information, check your registration status, print out a dues card, and contact the Lodge.

View OA Membership Data
- Verify your BSA ID
- Verify that your birthdate is correct.
- View your Ordeal and Brotherhood dates.
Contact the Lodge for changes to your name, birthdate, BSA ID, Ordeal, Brotherhood, or Vigil Honor dates.

- View and Change your Email Address
- Update your cell phone
- Change your mailing address
View the Lodge Calendar
- Lodge and Chapter events will be shown on the calendar.
- Lodge events will have a different color than Chapter events.
- Only your Chapter will be shown unless you select the "Show Events For All Chapters" option.
- Brief details on the events can be seen by clicking on each event
- If the event has a registration option, the registration link will be included - just click on the event.
View Your Dues Status and Print a Membership Card
You can view your membership card using the Home Screen - shown at the top of this email - and selecting the option on the right to view your Membership Card.

The National OA has been working to add a lot more capabilities to OA LodgeMaster over the past couple of years. Here are just a few things that they are working to add to the Member Portal.
- Register for events - collection of fees will be integrated with our Council's payment systems.
- Pay Dues - if you check and see you are not up to date, an option will be added to pay your dues through the Member Portal. Again, payments will be integrated through our Council's systems.
- Add Calendar integration with Google Calendar (Tentative). This has been proposed and has a fair amount of support to be added. We hope this will happen soon.
How Do I Get Access to the Member Portal?
Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Lodge has begun sending invitations out to our members. You will receive an email asking you to register and create a Arrow ID, aka OA LodgeMaster login. When you have followed the instructions in the email, you will have access to the Member Portal. We will be sending these invitations out in groups over a couple of weeks.
- All Ordeal candidates automatically get invited to the Member Portal when they are elected.
- We have sent invitations to all 2022 dues paid members as a group.
- Those who have not paid 2022 dues but have recently been paid have started receiving invitations in groups to the portal.
- Please note that Dues Payment is not yet available on the Member Portal. For 2022, if you still need to pay your dues, the link to do so is through our Council at https://www.scoutingevent.com/129-OA2022Dues.
